AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Dear Rick and Daniel,

Thank you very much. The 3dfractionize works well for this purpose. And this is an example of the good use of transforming from a low res to high res image, because of the -warp option.

Thanks for informing me of the DTIStudio functions. I did not know much about the DTI functions of AFNI, so I calculated eigenvector and FA in a third program from the DTI raw data, then tacked fiber in DTIStudio. So I will not take advantage of 3dAFNItoRaw or @DTI_studio_reposition. However, the DTIStudioFibertoSegments will be a great tool to visual lize the fiber in a 3D surface model.

Best,
Feng
