We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Good afternoon all,
I'm a new fMRI analyst, and am just starting to learn the basics of AFNI (so if I seem daft, it's because I am
). I can't figure out how to load images in batch mode in to3d, and how to separate them based on localizer scans, anatomical scans, and functional scans. I basically want to concatenate all these image files into one dataset with axial, coronal, and sagittal images for the anatomical, and the same for functional. Any help you could give would be great :).
