Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Hi Dylan,

Do you have files separated into one run per directory? If
so, what is the format of the filenames (e.g. all images
for run #3 are of the form run3/image.*.dcm)?

Given that filename format, I might then ask for the output
of running Dimon on the files:

Dimon -infile_prefix run3/image -dicom_org -quit

If you can provide such information, it would be helpful.
Please see "Dimon -help" for information on using the
program.
