Hey all,

I'm running dimon on an anatomical scan, 158 files, 1 slice per file. Our images are in DICOM .IMA format, so my command line entry was "dimon -dicom_org -infile_prefix 'CIVS_PILOT.MR.0002.*', where the number 0002 denotes anatomical scans. Dimon has run nearly 24 hours, and has not stopped. All I get is a terminal full of dots indicating progress.

The pre-processing output is this:
Dimon running, use <ctrl-c> to quit...

-- scanning for first volume
-- checking 158 potential DICOM files... 100%
++ found 158 DICOM files
-- dicom sort : 2 inversions, 0 non-DICOM files
(dicom_org was useful)

And then come the dots. What am I doing wrong, or is there just a huge amount of processing time involved? I just had to kill the X11 terminal because it was eating up a lot of processor power.
