AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Unfortunately, I'm still having problems. I get the same output, but no message (as in the to3d powerpoint presentation) that first volume was found, that it's scanning for additional volumes, and a run number. My command line entry looks like this:

dimon -dicom_org -infile_pattern 'CIVS_PILOT.MR.0002*.IMA' -quit -GERT_Reco

I'll use the GERT_Reco_dicom script to feed into to3d. When I abort what I assume is prematurely, with control-C, I just end up with a new prompt. Dimon's been running (the fourth or fifth time I've tried it) for about 20 minutes now, with nothing but dots after the first input I specified above. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong here?

Thanks,
Dylan
