History of AFNI updates

Hey Zhark,

We did collect our EPI obliquely (Transverse > Coronal - 20 degrees), and our anatomical MP-RAGE at the same obliquity. The scans on our Trio did not show any aliasing. However, upon import into AFNI, the anatomical was rotated 20 degrees forward along its sagittal axis (essentially our subject's head was tilted down 20 degrees), and the subject's chin and trachea were aliased up to the top of their scalp. My pre-processing included using dimon to generate a GERT_Reco_dicom script, and just calling the script with tcsh GERT_Reco_dicom. I'm not quite sure how to keep the images in their proper orientation (-20 degrees) both within the volume and between anatomical and functional scans. I then need to match the dataset sizes between the functional and anatomical scans (EPI 64x64, MP-RAGE 512x512); any thoughts on that?

Thanks,
Dylan
