Hello,
My GLM model consists of the 3 factors: A, B, and C. Its a repeated measures design. BOLD-Signal respones before manipulation vs. BOLD-Signal respones after manipulation on the same subject. We have 10 subjects.
So I've run 3dDeconvolve on each individual subject. We are using regression analysis ( the hemodynamic response is already
assumed.
My questions are:
1). The coefficients for each of the 3 regressors, A,B, and C: Are they the most appropriate measure of activation to be used for Group Analysis? Or are there other options, like partial T's andpartial F's of each Factor or the Full F?
2). When running a Group analysis, is thresholding done soley at the group level, or should an earlier threshold be done at the individual subject level first?
1).Say if we are only interested in Factor A of our GLM model from 3dDeconvolve. Could we just use the coeffecients of regressor A, and run an ANOVA on that at the Group Level. Or, do we still have to include factors B and C in the repeated measures ANOVA at the Group Level as well.
