AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I'm having some problems trying to determine stimulus design with RSFgen.

I have dowloaded your @stim_analyze script and changed some of it according to my design. In the terminal window, I then typed chmod a+x(scriptname) to make it executable (file says it is executable) and the csh (scriptname) to run the program. Whenever I do it says it just goes to the next line of the window, with nothing happening. I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't be working (and neither can my computer savy friend). I have attached my modified script.

Also, I was curious, you talk a lot in the background about differences between short and long ISI. But it seems you don't enter the ISI in the script, only the TR, to figure out your best design. Is this problematic?

Thank you for your help,

Erin Skinner
