History of AFNI updates

I'm smoothing data on the surface. My time frame is ASAP. I know the preferable method is with a HEAT kernel, but if the data are more accurate using the LB_FEM method I would prefer that. I'll be clustering using a permutation method (and not AlphaSim) so the smoothing will be inherent in the data entered into the permutations.
