AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Dear Afni experts,

I was trying to run 3dAllineate:

3dAllineate -master noskull+orig -1Dmatrix_apply matrixav.aff12.1D -input EPI+orig -final quintic -prefix EPI_aligned

At subbrick #73 (of 131) I get the following error message (I have tried it several times and it always stopped at #73):


*** MCW_malloc(19660800) from edt_substbrick.c#147 FAILS!

Fatal Signal 11 (SIGSEGV) received
Last STATUS: storing to shorts
EDIT_substscale_brick
3dAllineate
Bottom of Debug Stack
** AFNI version = AFNI_2007_05_29_1644 Compile date = Aug 10 2007
** Program Abort **


The same happended when I tried it with a different EPI dataset.

Can anybody help me with this problem?
