Your -acontr options are idential to using -adiff. For
instance, the first contrast:

-acontr 1 -1 0 0 cf7_tp_vs_fn

would be identical to:

-adiff 1 2 cf7_tp_vs_fn

Note that '-acontr 1 -1 0 0' means 1*A1 + -1*A2 + 0 + 0,
which is equal to A1-A2. Also, your last contrast:

-acontr 0 0 -1 1 cf7_fp_vs_fn

would be intentical to:

-adiff 4 3

Note that the order is important. Here, '-adiff 4 3'
means factor level 4 minus factor level 3.
