Regarding the process of “… 3dcopy and then overwriting the .BRIK dataset, or you could use 3dNewID dset+orig”:

One issue is that the original data range will be kept. Will this give me trouble in displaying and further calculations using AFNI commands, such as 3dcalc and 3dROIstats?
