AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello AFNI folks,

I have an oblique functional scan and an oblique inplane acquired with a GE scanner. Reconstructing the pfiles gives me a bunch of "I files" and then I normally use a straightforward to3d command to get data into AFNI BRIK and HEAD files but am not sure how to use it with oblique data.

Command line I normally use is:
to3d -xFOV 120.0A-120.0P -yFOV 120.0S-120.0I -zSLAB 68.3L-71.7R -prefix ts.1 -epan -time:zt 29 250 1500 alt+z '3D:0:0:64:64:1:func1/I*'

I have the oblique co-ordinates and have also taken a look at the message board but have just come across the to3d command for DICOM oblique files etc.

Any suggestions on how to go about doing this.

Thanks
Nameeta
