Hi Mike,

ROIgrow, ROI2dataset and ConvertDset have all been change to allow you to do what you'd mentioned before. The option -roi_labels in ROIgrow should solve all your woes, as long as you input a .niml.dset. If you use your .1D format, you can couple it with -roi_nodes. Also, if the program runs too slowly, try the option -full_list.
The binaries are not checked in yet. I have to run a few more tests still. Sometime late tomorrow, hopefully.
