Hello again,
I am getting an error message while running 3dDeconvolve using the stim base option [see error below]. I have also attached the script. I have never had this problem before using very similar scripts. The only difference is that I recently downloaded the latest version of Afni. What are the consequences of this warning? Does 3dDeconvolve still use this as stim base information?
