Ziad/others,
I'm having some inconsistent results using SurfClust. Specifically, I've generated a conjuction dset at a few different nominal p-values and would like to (1) apply a threshold to the conj. maps & (2) output a surface dset clustered appropriately.
So, for my conj. map generated at p=.05, the following command works beautifully:
SurfClust \
-spec CW_BVspec.spec \
-surf_A CW_anat_inhom_crop_SAG_TRF_TAL_RH_RECOSM.srf \
-input CW_Conjposneg_srf_05.niml.dset 0 \
-thresh_col 0 \
-athresh 14.99 \
-rmm 1 \
-amm2 576 \
-no_cent \
-out_clusterdset
However, when I try to apply a similar command to the conj. map generated at other p-values, I get an error. Here's an example command (followed by the resulting error):
SurfClust \
-spec CW_BVspec.spec \
-surf_A CW_anat_inhom_crop_SAG_TRF_TAL_RH_RECOSM.srf \
-input CW_Conjposneg_srf_01.niml.dset 0 \
-thresh_col 0 \
-athresh 14.99 \
-rmm 1 \
-amm2 211 \
-no_cent \
-out_clusterdset
