Ok, sorry for bothering with this silly mistake!
Now everything is working. However, 3dDeconvolve gives some warnings, saying:

BLOCK(6.2) has different duration than first BLOCK(5.5)
Amplitudes will differ. We hope you know what you are doing!

I think I know what I am doing: I want that the beta weights represent the response to a certain type of event independently of its duration. Is BLOCK(.) instead of BLOCK(.,1) the correct way to do so?
