AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Akiko,

Use 3dTstat and 3dcalc per run (at least, that's what we do).
We take VALUE/mean*100*MASK, and limit that to 200 (just to
preserve the resolution of short datasets, in case out of
brain %-changes are in the thousands, which is common).

Follow the example in that s3.proc.sb23 script that I mentioned,
the "scale" processing block. Details are included in that
afni16_soup_to_nuts handout that I referenced, also. Search the
script for 3dTstat, or the second 3dcalc command.

That is a very good example of how to do single subject
processing.
