Hello AFNI folks,

How do I go about extracting the maximum value of a sub-brick and make a dataset out of it?

As of now, if I make use of 3dBrickStat or 3dmaskave -max I will get a value spit out to the screen.

I am currently making use of 3dmaskdump, getting the co-ordinates of the voxel that holds the maximum value for a particular sub-brick and then am using 3dUndump to make a dataset out of this information. Was wondering if there was something else???? Maybe a functionality of 3dcalc??? 3dcalc has some max options right now but I guess they are comparing two datasets,sub-bricks etc.
