AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Tino,

Your wording and understanding seem correct to me.
So in your case, one voxel is 4.5 (1.5*1.5*2) ul, and
46 voxels is 207 ul.

You can run 3dclust using a radius of 2 (or maybe 2.01,
just to be sure) and a minimum volume of 207.

For comparison, you might compare that output to what
you get using the '-dxyz=1' option, and applying a radius
of 1 and a cluster of 46. That -dxyz=1 option tells 3dclust
to treat all voxels as if they were 1 mm^3.
