AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Giuseppe,

It seems that 3dDeconvolve is not currently able to use the
-iresp option on 1D files, which affects all of your points/
questions. I suspect that since the output is already on the
screen, it was never worth the effort to implement.

The fatal error comes from attempting to create those files
with code that doesn't support it. So for now, you will just
have to forgo the -iresp options.

The only thing you do not have is the upsampled CPSPLIN curve
(which may be a little misleading anyway, like applying a
cubic interpolation to the overlay and threshold data in an
afni display).
