Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi Dan,

It seems that your ALLL_clust+tlrc dataset is not cubic mm,
as the TT_Daemon dataset is. You probably used @auto_tlrc to
warp cck_bucket_over_at to +tlrc space, using the -dxyz option
(which is good).

At any rate, you need the TT_Daemon:left:fusiform mask to be
at the same resolution as ALLL_clust+tlrc, which you can do
with 3dresample:

3dresample -input TT_Daemon:left:fusiform \
-master ALLL_clust+tlrc \
-prefix left_fusiform

Then use left_fusiform+tlrc in 3dcalc.
