The images contain five time points corresponding to 15 seconds with a 3 s TR. The first 12 s correspond to the stimulus presentation and the final 3 s the first TR of the rest period.
The IRESP waveforms were generated using 5 TENT functions covering the 15 second period: 'TENT(0,12,5)'
The reason we extended the IRESP function 1 TR beyond stimulus presentation was to have a look at whether the signal rapidly shifted back towards baseline after stimulus offset. Unfortunately we couldn't specify the entire the rest period in the command using 8 TENT functions to model 24 s of signal because we ran into multicollinearity issues.
