AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Rick,

Thanks what you say makes sense . Can you clarify which points in the function then correspond to which time points in time? For example is it correct to be assuming that the first point represents signal accumulated from 0-3 s, the next point 3-6, the third 6-9, the fourth 9-12, and the fifth ?....This is where I think I'm not fully understanding the tent function as I though it indicated activity from 12-15 s.

I went ahead and tried TENT(0,21,8) but here again I run into multicollinnearity issues (see below). TENT(0,18,7) works alright.
