Hi,
I would like to follow this up because I am uncertain about some of my findings.
I am using AM2 with 2 conditions, RT as amplitude modulation and a deconvolution model (TENT(0,14,8)). This results in 2x2x8 beta coefs and tstats. Is it true that the beta coefs 0-7 of each condition reflect the HRF scaled by the mean of AM and betas 8-15 reflect the HRF scaled by deviations of the mean of AM?
