AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi All,

I am running AFNI version 2008_02_01_1144 in Fedora Core 8. When I Talairach functional data in the GUI, there is a message saying AFNI is writing the file, followed by a warning that it is overwriting the file. It does this until the last file, and then the program freezes and I have to click "done" or do a control-c to continue. Using adwarp, I just get the message that it is overwriting the file. In both cases, it writes the +tlrc file. I checked several times to make sure that I had not messed up and already written the files, but I had not. I don't remember AFNI doing this on previous versions. Any ideas? Thanks.
