AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thank you very much for the advice. I had our version of AfNI updated to the newest version and am still having the same problem. I contacted the IT department that handles these issues and had him check the binaries and he said the following: there does not appear to be a binary named 3dSkullStrip. Would it be under a different name? If anything he said that he could install the binary: assuming it was compiled under a compatible version of Solaris and we have all of the dynamic libraries installed that it likely links to. Would I be able to get these files and just have him install them directly to fix the problem I have been having with 3dSkullStrip?
