AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

It took a little digging to find this, but there's now also a fix for the case of using "-master_tlrc SOURCE". The output follows the master dataset resolution and also, unfortunately, the view (+orig versus +tlrc). The new script fixes the view for the output. The default for the tlrc output is to use "MIN_DXYZ". This will use the minimum dimension of the input EPI dataset as the dimension for cubic voxel output.
