Hello all

i have seen that a version of a permutation test to perform a cluster size correction has been made into an afni plugin by matthew belamonte

However, i am having a hard time figuring out how to actually run it with my data.

I have a pretty simple fast event related design with only two conditions.

Where could i find an help file to let me figure out how to run the plug in?
