AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

May not be feasible for the near future, but it would be great! if somehow the fMRI task computer could communicate with the real-time AfNI. What I'm thinking is, the task computer sending stim_time anchors to real-time AfNI and writing this information in the Header. That way when you use 3dDeconvolve, for example, the stim_times would already be in the Header and you wouldn't have to go through the processing burden to create them. The same goes for physiological data. Of course an "-additional_stim_time" option would be necessary for addition regressors say from Behavioral or Clinical data.
