AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello:

We computed virtual channels for all gray matter voxels (n=250) from a low voxel resolution (-s = 2cm) dataset. We then used MATLAB to calculate coherence across all combinations of the 250 voxels, and we are now interested in looking at the mean of the 249 coherence values for each of the 250 voxels in the dataset. Right now, our output contains 250 lines, each with a voxel coordinate (x y z) followed by its mean coherence value.

Is it possible for us to input a text file like this into AFNI software so we can better view mean coherence values overlaid onto their specific voxel locations along with the original brain underlay? I guess this may sort of be like a 3dmaskdump in reverse?

Thank you for your help!
