AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

For the 3dUndump solution, you will probably want to add the -srad option to place a sphere down at each location.

You can also use the Tagset editor plug-in for this purpose. The Tagset editor can read in files with the following format:

"tag1" 50 50 50 1
"tag2" 100 100 100 2
"tag3" 100 50 50 3
"tag4" 50 100 50 4

There's a label in quotes (single or double), the x,y,z position and then an arbitrary value to associate with that. The file name should end in ".tag", e.g. taglist.tag. The Tagset editor is handy for moving to the tag points quickly.
