AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thanks for your reply.

As to A: I performed the first-2dreg-then-3dreg order and first-3dreg-then-2dreg order in my data, yet found the same results. Anything wrong here?

B: By "really move to be alligned" I mean I want to know whether the position of volumes (as in 3dreg) really changed to be alligned after 3dreg.
For example: volume 1 is the reg target and volume 2 is 2 mm left to the volume 1. After 3dreg, does the volume 2 move 2 mm right?
