AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

hi all,
when using the -nodata option with -stim_times, what's the best way to let the program know when each run begins?

the script begins with:
3dDeconvolve -nodata 159 2\
-polort 3 \
-num_stimts 3 \
-stim_times 1 stim1_times.1D 'BLOCK(30,1)' \
etc..

the -stim_times files have 2 rows to indicate two runs.

i'm getting the following error:
*+ WARNING: '-stim_times 1' file 'stim1_times.1D' has 2 rows, but dataset has 1 time blocks

thanks for your help,
