i thought the first number should specify # TR's, not seconds, right?
"When using -nodata, the program needs to know the length of the (non-existent) imaging data (number of TRs) and it also needs to know the TR. The simplest and best way to specify these values is to put them immediately after the -nodata option; for example -nodata 300 2.5 to indicate 300 time points with TR=2.5 s."
if so, would this be appropriate?
