AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

thanks rick. each run is 318 seconds, or 159 TR's. from my reading here:

[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

i thought the first number should specify # TR's, not seconds, right?

"When using -nodata, the program needs to know the length of the (non-existent) imaging data (number of TRs) and it also needs to know the TR. The simplest and best way to specify these values is to put them immediately after the -nodata option; for example -nodata 300 2.5 to indicate 300 time points with TR=2.5 s."

if so, would this be appropriate?
-concat '1D: 0 160'
