Thanks for your help. One last question, what format do the gradients.1D file need to be in? Does it matter?

Currently we collect 3 b0 and 20 directions and they come out in 3 lines. However, I know for afni 3dDWItoDT they need to be 3 columns. What format is required for the gradient.1D file?
