AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,
I am trying to use 3dDeconvolve with the "stim_times" option in a similar fashion to an old analysis without stim_times(using stim_file). Previously no response model/function was input, and a "stim_minlag" and "stim_maxlag" was specified in TR's . How would I replicate this analysis using the stim_fimes option? I have pasted an excerpt from the old deconvolution script below:

3dDeconvolve \
-input $i.allruns.3dreg+orig \
-automask \
-concat /data/afni/1dtemplates/cat.1D \
-polort 3 \
-nofull_first \
-bout \
-num_stimts 2 \
-stim_file 1 /data/afni/1dtemplates/all_auditory.1D \
-stim_label 1 "all_aud" \
-stim_minlag 1 0 \
-stim_maxlag 1 11 \
-stim_file 2 /data/afni/1dtemplates/all_visual.1D \
-stim_label 2 "all_vis" \
-stim_minlag 2 0 \
-stim_maxlag 2 11 \
-iresp 1 $i.timing_collapsed_SI.AUD.iresp.12 \
-iresp 2 $i.timing_collapsed_SI.VIS.iresp.12 \
-rout -tout -fout \
-bucket $i.timing_collapsed_SI.decon.cond.12 \
-jobs 2

Thanks in Advance,
Gabe
