AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Rick,
When I was looking at the new xmat.1D files produced by 3dDeconvolve, It seems that using the tent function produces slightly different results. The primary change between the original(minlag/maxlag) analysis is the "maxlag" . For the older analysis we were looking at TRs 0-11, and with the new analysis we are looking at TRs 0-8. The TR for both datasets is 2 seconds. The tent functions seem to be wider than 2 seconds, whereas the 1dplot of the minlag/maxlag functions from the older xmat are paced at exactly 2 seconds. Is there something I am missing?

Also,
just to clarify, if I have a TR of 2sec and I am looking at TRs 0-8, the appropriate tent function would be 'TENT(0,18,9)' , correct?

Thanks,
Gabe
