Oh dear. I got a warning on startup that the mixed types might cause me problems. A search doesn't indicate what those problems might be. Any idea?

Secondly, I can't tell whether or not the new contrasts worked: when I try to select the overlay, the contrasts are too numerous to fit on screen (I have a big screen, but a hell of a lot of sub-briks).

The HISTORY_NOTE in the HEAD file shows the command, and the BRIK_LABS section has the new contrasts, but I have no idea how to tell if the new contrasts worked or not.

I have the old glm_outs backed up. Perhaps it would be best to restore them and re-run the contrasts with -float, but I'm still worried about the file system warning.
