Greetings AFNI gurus:

question:

During preprocessing is there a way to remove variance in the time series of each voxel that is associated with the 6 registration motion parameters and heart rate and respiration measured during scanning? I know this can be accomplished during 3dDeconvolve by including the 6 registration motion parameters, heart rate and respiration as stim_files and then specifying that they are included in the base model. But here, the goal is to look at time series data with sources of noise (e.g., motion and autonomic psychophysiology) removed first. What function could help make this happen?

Thanks in advance for you guidance.
