You are a little ahead of the game here...
Ziad has the RetroTS.m matlab function to create RETROICOR
regressors. To go with that, I am adding a processing block
to afni_proc.py that will remove those regressors from the
EPI data.
Those regressors will be removed before volume registration
or time shifting (but after despiking), since accurate timing
is essential.
3dREMLfit is used to remove those slice-based regressors.
The update to afni_proc.py should go out next week sometime.
