My question is regarding GLM. In my study i have 3 Conditions, each one is
consisted of 4 runs. Each of these 4 runs is consisted of 2 stimuli and a
baseline. The length of each stimulus' application is variable ranging
between 24-32sec. I designed a matrix with two columns - one for each
stimulus. So for the first column stimulus #1 is coded as 1 and the rest 0
and for the second column stimulus #2 is coded 1 and the rest is coded 0.
When I run the 3dDeconvolve command it runs fine and I get that the
Signal+Baseline matrix; Signal-only matrix; Baseline-only matrix; polort-
only matrix ++ Very Good ++. However, when I look at my design matrix
obtained from -xjpeg it does not look correct.
Any input/help would be totally appreciated!
