So yes, one of the students updated that after moving the file away from the Chinese character, the program ran fine now:

That's awesome! I can run it now~
I saw the "Finished alignment successfully" in the screen~ Haha
I just move the file "yhh_031409" to home directory.
I think maybe the problem only happen when Ubuntu can't identify the Chinese characters (eg, 桌面)
