I was told you are the person to ask about this topic.

I am going to run a 3dAnova2 on a functional dataset with 2 conditions. I want to know if I should use stim-times to produce IRFs and run the Anova with those. Or should I create a bucket file from 3dDeconvolve and run the anova on the Tstat and/or the Coef/Beta files? Or is both ways fine? Thank you for your help!
