AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi, Gang,

While running 1dGC.R, I encounter the following strange error after I type "0" in response to a query:

"Covariates data type (0: MULTIPLE one-column files; 1: ONE multi-column file)? 0
Error in read.table(inFile[[ii]], header = FALSE) :
'file' must be a character string or connection
In addition: Warning message:
In library(myLib, character.only = TRUE, logical.return = TRUE) :
there is no package called 'gsl'"

I don't understand this error, since the query asks for either "0" or "1" about the format of the covariate file(s), not for the string name of a file -- unless the "file" that the error report refers to isn't a covariate file but something different.

Or maybe it has to do with the gsl error (which is also strange to me, since I've installed gsl)?

Or anyone else who has an idea about this error...

Thanks.
