Hi, Gang,
I copy-pasted the program that you linked me to into my old 1dGC.R file, ran it, and this time encountered a different strange error. The old error that I encountered didn't occur. The new error is below:
"Any other covariates or confounding effects than drifting (0: no; 1: yes)? 1
Number of covariates (e.g., 6)? 6
[1] "Header with one line of labels is optional in multi-column files, but NOT allowed in one-column files."
Covariates data type (0: MULTIPLE one-column files; 1: ONE multi-column file)? 0
No. 1 covariate file name: /home/andrew/experiments/GCM_test/S1/CS_minus_C_times_sub_1.1D
[1] "No. 1 file just read in: CS_minus_C_times_sub_1.1D"
No. 2 covariate file name: /home/andrew/experiments/GCM_test/S1/CS_minus_I_times_sub_1.1D
[1] "No. 2 file just read in: CS_minus_I_times_sub_1.1D"
No. 3 covariate file name: /home/andrew/experiments/GCM_test/S1/CS_plus_C_times_sub_1.1D
[1] "No. 3 file just read in: CS_plus_C_times_sub_1.1D"
No. 4 covariate file name: /home/andrew/experiments/GCM_test/S1/CS_plus_I_times_sub_1.1D
[1] "No. 4 file just read in: CS_plus_I_times_sub_1.1D"
No. 5 covariate file name: /home/andrew/experiments/GCM_test/S1/US_times_sub_1.1D
[1] "No. 5 file just read in: US_times_sub_1.1D"
No. 6 covariate file name: /home/andrew/experiments/GCM_test/S1/error_times_sub_1.1D
[1] "No. 6 file just read in: error_times_sub_1.1D"
Error in inData[, ii] <- read.table(inFile[[ii]], header = FALSE)[, 1] :
number of items to replace is not a multiple of replacement length"
The program read in six different covariate columns of equal length. The covariates are just convolved regressor time series for the six different conditions.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
