Hello,

I did the context-dependent correlation analysis according to the afni website [afni.nimh.nih.gov] and got the warning message that my SEED input file which is inserted as a regressor on step 6 (Regression analysis) has 3 columns. Has that ever occurred to someone before? And is this problematic?

In fact, columns 2 and 3 consist of 0s only. Should I eliminate these columns?
