Hello,

Is there any way to automate conversion of coordinates from 3D talairach space to 2D coords (on a flat map)?

Currently, I link the N27 brain in AFNI to the flattened N27 brain in SUMA and then jump to a given tal coord in AFNI. This reveals a 2D coordinate (as Z is always 0) for the flat map in the terminal window. My problem is that I have a large number of these coords to convert so using my method to do them all would be very time consuming and error prone.

Any advice as to how to automate this would be greatly appreciated!
