Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Lesley,

I'm not so sure whether you want to do the same as the original poster meant to do, but it's not clear to me what you exactly want to achieve here. -stim_file is used to provide either a regressor (a time series at BOLD level), or a stimulus coding file in 0s and 1s for deconvolution approach (associated with an impulse response duration specified through -stim_minlag and -stim_maxlag).
