Hi dear AFNI experts,

I am trying to do correlation analysis for some resting state data. I am trying to work through the preprocessing steps. Here are the steps that I've have:

1. to3d to read in images;
2. align_epi_anat.py to align mprage to fMRI data set;
3. Despike
4. Slice-timing correction
5. Motion correction
6. spatial filter (smoothing)
7. Normalization the voxel time series to have mean 100;
8. Normalize the brain to a template

Now I am wondering at which step should I run the temporal filtering(Band pass filtering 0.01-0.1Hz)? Based on the suggestion from the following link, it should be run after motion correction and before spatial filtering. But I am not sure. Could you please help me out?

Thanks a lot!
